MAGIC BULLET:

More than a handful of my friends have told me to buy a "Magic Bullet" -- so yesterday I finally did. This thing is really great and I am immediately adding it to my recommended list of appliances. (It is the only one currently on the list!).

Maybe I will start posting recipes? Here are some I tested and would repeat...

(1) V8, Fresh Cilantro & Basil, tabasco, black pepper, garlic, TBS superfood.

(2) O.J., pomegranate juice, superfood.

(3) ten skinned almond (soak overnight), 1 cup milk, 1 tsp honey, black pepper, cardamom.

HEALING WITH ANGELS

I was just given an outstanding CD from a friend, called "Healing With Angels" by Doreen Virtue. This is a great CD and well worth listening to, especially if you believe in angels.
